Currently, we are based in Chile where we offer 6 customized services to support companies with the implementation of their global English language strategy. We have always worked in multilingual settings which is why we fully understand the difficulties and frustrations of language learning. Our coaches speak native English and our students are exposed to both U.S.A. and British accents. The majority of our coaches have masters´ degrees and speak fluent Spanish.
Fuller Consulting was created by Lesley Mclean and her son, Matthew Schroeder. Our coaching business is now led by Lesley and her son, Taylor Mclean. Our consultancy is named after our ancestors, the Fuller family. Under the leadership of Henry Fuller, they left England by ship and settled in South Africa in 1820 when it was a British colony.

Taylor is an outstanding coach with demonstrated ability to help his students move from basic to fluent levels of English. He has taught English to students in Chile, Belgium and Spain. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Lesley Mclean
Managing Partner
Lesley has consulted to international companies in Africa and the U.S.A. She has lectured at universities and led major multilingual communication campaigns and research studies. In her early career she worked as a journalist and she has coached many CEOs and government leaders to a confident skill level for radio/television interviews.
